How do their doors remain open? I went to one in Short Hills and I swear 90% of the people where there for the air conditioning. No hard core looking spenders to be seen. Hey mall salespeople, they just go to see you and feel whatever they’re gonna by on-line. You’re being used for one on one contact, the answers to suspicious questions and try then it on for size, in the most literal of terms.
Too bad because the live salespeople are nicer than hell and go out on a limb to satisfy you, they watch your backside parade out the door empty handed.
One thing people do buy in malls is food. You stop by that food court and it’s always packed with people who do not have a shopping bag near them on the floor. It’s just all entertainment for them, yetI appeal to these types:

At the very least, ask for their card make them feel acknowledged on some level. So the fate of the mall. I’ll tell you something to scare you into going home. They are an open access building with a bunch of people sitting and eating. And they suspect nothing. Not smart. Easy target for yet another crazed gun owner to unleash his potential. So stay home to shop. The only thing you’ll be risking is carpal tunnel syndrome.
