Yup, I know the saying goes that sometimes less is more but that’s complete bullish*t.  Give me a situation you can apply that theory to and I’ll show you a loser.  Yes, a loser.  You’ll spot them on the side of the highway with a sign that says need money for tolls.

Now there’s that other saying that winning isn’t everything.  Try saying that to Simone Biles. Nobody attempts anything to lose.  Even down to dusting your dining room table.  Less elbow grease or less polish results in a smudgy finish.  Nobody wants smudgy.  You want glistening.

Olympic Rings 4 Free Stock Photo - Public Domain PicturesFor the next two weeks, we all get to tune into the ultimate challenge:  The 2024 Paris Olympics.  Swimmers miss getting a gold medal by .005 seconds. Imagine.  An average burp takes more time than that.  You train, you practice you get on a plane and then you lose.  You flew out in First Class and flew back inside someone’s checked baggage.

Then you’re greeted with people asking so what happened?  Did you not hear the beep?  Forget to shave your legs?  What?

Years of preparation, training and anxiety result in you feeling just like that person on the side of the highway.  Less time on the clock woulda translated to more.

But face it, 9 outta 10 times less is simply less.
